Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a grounding, strength-building practice designed primarily for adults looking to move, stretch, and unwind. Using the hammock for support, classes focus on spinal decompression, increased mobility, and mindful body awareness, all while being gentle on the joints.
This class is ideal for recovery, rebalancing, and managing everyday stress, as well as supporting other forms of training. While the atmosphere and pacing are geared toward adults, motivated teens ages 12 and up are welcome to join.
