Silks Level 1 (Beginner)

Students will practice beginner climbs, foot locks, and simple sequences that build toward expressive aerial choreography.

Silks Level 2 (Intermediate)

Build confidence and expand your skill set as you take your aerial journey to the next level! This class focuses on developing strength, endurance, and technique while introducing more challenging climbs, clean inversions in the air, dynamic transitions, and expressive movement that leads to longer choreography. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, endurance, and developing individual style.

Silks Level 3 (Advanced)

Push your artistry and athleticism to new heights! This advanced class challenges experienced aerialists with high-level drops, intricate wraps, and advanced sequencing. Students will work on stamina, stage presence, musicality, and choreography development—preparing for performances or competitive opportunities.

Mixed Aerial Level 1 (Beginner)

Discover the artistry of movement above the ground! In this foundational class, you’ll explore multiple aerial apparatuses—silks, hammock, lyra, dance trapeze, rope, and straps—to build confidence and body awareness in the air. Students will learn safe mounting techniques, beginner positions, and simple poses and sequences on each apparatus. Class focuses on creativity, proper form, and having fun while discovering what apparatus inspires you most.

No experience needed—great for all levels and abilities!

Mixed Aerial Level 2
(Intermediate)

Take your aerial foundations to the next level! This class introduces more challenging climbs, wraps, basic inversions, and transitions across a variety of apparatuses. Students will learn to connect skills into short sequences and explore how strength, flexibility, and technique apply differently on silks, lyra, hammock, trapeze, rope, and straps. Great for students who have developed basic control in Level 1 and are ready to grow their skill set.

Mixed Aerial Level 3
(Advanced)

Ready to explore dynamic movement in the air? This advanced class includes more complex skills such as inverted entries, momentum-based transitions, and introductory drops (apparatus-dependent). Students will focus on increasing power, endurance, and confidence while developing clean form and aerial flow. You’ll begin creating longer combinations and moving between apparatuses with intention.

Mixed Aerial Level 4
(Expert)

Push your creativity, technique, and performance presence to new heights. This advanced training class works on high-level skills such as intricate wraps, dynamic drops, momentum pathways on bar apparatuses, and strength-based skills on rope and straps. Students will refine stamina, stage presence, and personal style while building choreography for showcases or competition opportunities.

Lyra Level 2/3

Ready to take your skills on the hoop to new heights? This class focuses on building strength, control, and creative flow as you learn new shapes, rolls, and transitions on the lyra. Students will explore skills above, below, and inside the hoop while developing clean mounts, smooth sequencing, and confident movement through multiple pathways. Expect work on spinning technique, dynamic beats, and drops or rolls.

Aerial Yoga

Restore, realign, and lift your practice off the ground. Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft aerial hammock, allowing students to deepen stretches, decompress the spine, and explore mindful movement with ease. Class includes breath work, gentle inversions, flowing sequences, and options for supported restorative poses.
This class focuses on relaxation, flexibility, and body awareness. Perfect for beginners, athletes seeking recovery, or anyone looking to build strength and mobility in a calming, uplifting environment.
